Poppy has shared her brand new anthemic track, ‘Unravel’. The song was once again produced by frequent collaborator Jordan Fish (ex-Bring Me The Horizon) and marks the singer’s first non-collaborative release of the year.
Poppy’s year doesn’t seem to be slowing down, as the singer has released yet another new single this year. This time, it’s for her brand new track ‘Unravel’, filled with twitchy breakdowns, a soaring pop-rock chorus, and some serious screams.
‘Unravel’ is yet another creative collaboration with frequent collaborator Jordan Fish (ex-Bring Me The Horizon), who worked with the genre-blending artist on her previous 2024 album Negative Spaces. Poppy has also shared an all-new music video for the track, directed by Sam Cannon, which shows off the singer pulling off some neat trapeze tricks.

2025 continues to be a stacked year for Poppy. Just last week, the singer shared her cover of Wham’s ‘Last Christmas‘, ushering in that holiday spirit early.
Just recently, the singer also released the collab track ‘End of You‘, which featured Amy Lee of Evanescence and Courtney LaPlante of Spiritbox. Poppy would also collaborate with BABYMETAL for their 2025 album METAL FORTH on the track ‘from me to u’, which would feature in the trailer for the recent Marvel Zombies show.
In an interview with NME, the trio revealed that the collab started with Poppy and Fish, who had just helped Lee record the single ‘Hand That Feeds’, which appeared on the John Wick spin-off film Ballerina.
“It was mine and Jordan’s idea to start with,” Poppy shared. “And then we thought, ‘What if we made our version of a dark Moulin Rouge, like ‘Lady Marmalade’?”
“It was literally the concept of, ‘Let’s just get us all together,’ that started the song, which is really fun,” Lee added. “Poppy and Jordan came over to my house, and we flushed a lot of it out together. The first verse came to me mostly cooked, the part that I was going to start the song with. It’s funny, because Poppy wrote my words and I wrote hers.”
Poppy would also debut a new song live last month titled ‘Bruised Sky’, which has yet to have an official release. With all this new music out and with even more on the horizon, it’s looking good to be a Poppy fan right now.
