Headline duties shared
The format will also keep things interesting for fans, with headline duties shared between the two veteran acts. Nashville Pussy will close out the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne shows, while The Supersuckers will headline Sydney, Adelaide, Geelong and Frankston.
After almost four decades of loud, unapologetic rock, The Supersuckers return armed with their latest studio album, Liquor, Women, Drugs & Killing, continuing the band’s legacy of blending punk attitude with country swagger and hard rock riffs.
Long time Australian fans will no doubt be hoping for classics including Born With A Tail alongside newer material.

Nashville Pussy
Meanwhile, Nashville Pussy returns to Australia following its unforgettable 2022 visit, which included becoming the final band to perform at Sydney’s legendary Frankie’s Pizza. The group also reunited with Hardline Media for the original Superpussy tour, cementing its reputation as one of the country’s favourite live imports.
The band’s reputation was famously summed up by none other than Motörhead frontman Lemmy, who once declared:
“If there’s been a better band than Nashville Pussy to open for Motörhead, I’ve never heard them.”
Nine Pound Hammer
Making the tour even more special is the Australian debut of Nine Pound Hammer, one of the pioneers of the cowpunk movement. Formed in Kentucky, the band helped fuse hardcore punk with Southern blue-collar grit and has remained an underground favourite across more than a dozen albums.
With three iconic acts sharing the stage every night, Superpussy 2 is shaping up to be one of 2027’s wildest rock tours.
