WWE Returns To Brisbane After Seven Years, With Melbourne And Auckland Shows Confirmed

Share

Brisbane has waited seven years for WWE to return. Auckland has waited ten. Both cities are back on the itinerary this December, with Melbourne joining a run that already has three major nights in Perth.

WWE announced three new shows on Monday 12 October. These are billed as WWE Live Tour dates, rather than the television broadcasts and Premium Live Event scheduled for Perth.

Melbourne’s announced lineup includes CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Sami Zayn, Trick Williams, Chelsea Green, Charlotte Flair, GUNTHER and Jade Cargill. Brisbane and Auckland have a different advertised roster, with Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Oba Femi, The Vision, The Bloodline, Liv Morgan, LA Knight and Je’Von Evans among the names.

Perth still has the centrepiece of the visit. RAC Arena will host SmackDown on Friday 11 December, ‘Wrestlepalooza: Perth’ on Saturday 12 December and Raw on Monday 14 December. That programme begins a three-year agreement for annual WWE takeovers in Western Australia through 2028.

Perth hosted ‘Elimination Chamber: Perth’ in 2024 and ‘Crown Jewel: Perth’ in 2025. December’s ‘Wrestlepalooza’ means the city will stage a major WWE event for a third consecutive year.

The full December schedule is now:

  • Wednesday 9 December: Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne (WWE Live)
  • Friday 11 December: RAC Arena, Perth (SmackDown)
  • Saturday 12 December: RAC Arena, Perth (‘Wrestlepalooza: Perth’)
  • Monday 14 December: RAC Arena, Perth (Raw)
  • Tuesday 15 December: Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane (WWE Live)
  • Thursday 17 December: Spark Arena, Auckland (WWE Live)

General tickets for Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland go on sale Thursday 15 October at 2pm local time. WWE presale access begins on Wednesday 14 October at 1pm local time, with registration open now. In Australia, the Mastercard presale runs from 1pm Wednesday until noon Thursday, while the Live Nation presale opens at 3pm Wednesday and also closes at noon Thursday.

WWE is also selling VIP packages, including ringside seats, autograph opportunities and inside-the-barricade experiences. Inclusions vary by package, and advertised talent is subject to change. Presale registration and ticket links are on the official December tour page.
