The job market is literally murder in Warner’s new horror flick, They Will Kill You.
I love it when class anxieties get worked out in horror cinema, because it means I get to see a bunch of awful rich people get turned into bloody confetti for about a hundred minutes or so. It’s a small pleasure, and a petty one, but it’s mine. So keep that in mind when you check out the first look at the upcoming They Will Kill You.

What’s the plot?
With scant plot details revealed as yet, all we can glean is that Zazie Beetz gets a gig as a housekeeper, and quickly comes to regret it.
Or, as the official synopsis tells us:
The film unleashes a blood-soaked, high-octane horror-action-comedy in which a young woman must survive the night at the Virgil, a demonic cult’s mysterious and twisted death-trap of a lair, before becoming their next offering in a uniquely brazen, big screen battle of epic kills and wickedly dark humor.
This one comes to us from Russian director and co-writer Kirill Sokolov, who gave us the fun Why Don’t You Just Die! back in 2018. It’s also the first film from Andy and Barbara Muschietti‘s new production shingle, Nocturna.

When’s it out?
They Will Kill You hits cinemas on March 26, 2026.
What’s the vibe?
What’s the vibe here? A little Rosemary’s Baby, a little Ready Or Not, sure. It probably won’t get as gnarly as Brian Yuzna’s Society, still the highest standard for class-conscious horror schlock. But, as I said, as long as enough one percenters get fed into a woodchipper, I’ll be happy.
