Paramore singer Hayley Williams has officially compiled all 17 of her released singles into the sequenced album Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party.
Hayley Williams has released a brand new solo album comprised of the 17 tracks she released last month, as well as the bonus song ‘Parachute’. Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party, which shares the same name with its lead single (which was the first track to receive a dedicated music video), is out now on all streaming services.
Fans of physical releases will have to wait a little bit, as they’ll only be available from November 7 via Post Atlantic.
Williams has also shared music videos for the tracks ‘Glum’ and ‘Kill Me (In The Garden), directed by AJ Gibonney and Zac Farro.
The singer has also shared a new visualiser for the track ‘Parachute’ earlier today, for the release of the new album.
All 17 tracks from the album were previously released in promotion of Hayley Williams’ “Ego” shade of semi-permanent hair dye from her company Good Dye Young. Fans who would buy the shade in the first week would receive a password to Hayley’s website, where they could listen to the 17 tracks.
A short time later, Williams would release all 17 tracks on streaming platforms as their own independent release. Now, Hayley has compiled all of the tracks, confirming they were intended for a dedicated solo album.
Williams and Daniel James wrote, played and recorded most instruments for Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party, with assistance from collaborators Brian Robert Jones and Joey Howard. Jim-E Stack also contributed to the single ‘True Believer’.
Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party is the third solo release from Williams, following her 2021 album Flowers for Vases / Descansos. She would then return to write and release Paramore‘s 2023 album This Is Why.
