2025 has been a busy year for both BABYMETAL and LePlante alike.

Both bands would release new album’s this year, and have racked up an impressive amount of collaborations as well. Just this morning, BABYMETAL would announce that they would be collaborating with the Resident Evil franchise for an upcoming merch drop for the franchises 30th anniversary.

BABYMETAL would also feature in Five Finger Death Punch’s new rendition of their track ‘The End’ earlier this year.

LaPlante has also been busy working with different artists. Just last month, she would feature on the track ‘End of You‘ alongside Poppy and Evanescence’s Amy Lee, bringing her intense harsh screams and soaring vocals to the track. She would also release the single ‘Ties That Bind‘, which would feature on Riot’s upcoming 2 vs 2 fighting game 2KXO.

BABYMETAL has just wrapped their North American tour which has seen Black Veil Brides, Jinjer and Bloodywood support. The band are set to wrap touring for the year with a show in Mexico on the 7th of November, before kickstarting their 2026 tour with special arena shows in Japan in January, before kicking off their European leg.
