After nearly two decades of silence, Split Enz are stepping back into the spotlight with the ‘Forever Enz’ Tour, a full scale reunion that’s set to remind Australia why they’re one of the most important bands in the region’s musical DNA.
Live Nation has confirmed that Tim Finn, Neil Finn, Eddie Rayner, and Noel Crombie will reunite for Split Enz’s first proper tour since the early 2000s. The ‘Forever Enz’ Tour will hit major arenas across Australia in May 2026, marking a monumental return for a band that hasn’t taken a full run around the country since their 2009 Sound Relief appearance.
Formed in New Zealand in 1972 before relocating to Australia three years later, Split Enz became synonymous with artistic risk taking and eccentric brilliance. They never just wrote songs, they crafted surreal worlds out of melody, costume, and by remaining a little left field . Their catalogue remains timeless, with singles like ‘I Got You’, ‘I See Red’, ‘Message To My Girl’, and ‘Six Months On A Leaky Boat’ still holding strong in Australian rotation decades later.
The reunion also coincides with the 50th anniversary of their debut album Mental Notes, and the ‘Enzyclopedia’ re-release series, arriving 14 November via Chrysalis Records globally and Warner Music locally.

This time around, the live line up includes Tim Finn, Neil Finn, Eddie Rayner, Noel Crombie, joined by Matt Eccles on drums and James Milne on bass, a mix of legacy and fresh energy primed to reawaken a generation of fans.
Tickets for all shows go on sale Monday, November 17 at 12pm, with multiple presales kicking off this Wednesday November, 12. Split Enz will also headline Bluesfest 2026 in Byron Bay.
