Ronnie Radke Claims He Fired Max Georgiev Over Allegations, Former Falling In Reverse Guitarist Responds

Controversy continues to trail Ronnie Radke into 2026, with the Falling In Reverse frontman now publicly alleging he fired former guitarist Max Georgiev over disturbing claims involving a minor.

The accusation, made during a volatile week of online fallout, has prompted a direct response from Georgiev and added another chapter to Radke’s already chaotic start to the year.

The situation unfolded after Radke reignited his long running dispute involving Tommy Lee and Brittany Furlan, stemming from a 2025 incident in which Radke claims Furlan was catfished by someone impersonating him online.

While that drama has escalated to the point of Radke reportedly attempting to file a temporary restraining order against Furlan on Monday January 5th, with a judge set to review the matter on January 23rd, a separate and arguably more serious allegation surfaced days later.

On Monday January 5th, Radke claimed via Instagram that he fired Georgiev back in 2024 after learning of concerning allegations, Georgiev responded publicly the following day, issuing a statement to fans that firmly denied wrongdoing.

“To the fans,

I have never done anything illegal with a minor. Fifteen years ago, when I was 23, I still lived in Quebec, Canada.

Since then, I have played for several bands who never mentioned inappropriate behavior on my part.

I have always had great respect for the fans. I have strived to play my heart out for you.”

Shortly after, Radke’s Instagram account, which previously had 1.4 million followers, was reportedly disabled, addressing the situation via livestream, Radke speculated that discussing the allegations may have triggered the ban.

“Maybe me talking about my old guitar player getting fired for finding out he was hooking up with minors… I think that AI might’ve caught that and was like, ‘You gotta go’.”

Radke went further during the stream, disputing Georgiev’s claims about his age at the time and alleging the situation was brought to his attention by Georgiev’s ex girlfriend.

“This man not only did that, [but] the parents of the minor — 10 years before he was in my band — found out, they confronted him, he lied about his age so he could continue doing that with her. He wasn’t 23, he was older. He’s lying about that.”

It’s worth noting the age of consent in Quebec is 16, a detail now being widely referenced online, Georgiev has since continued releasing solo material under his own name, while Falling In Reverse once again find themselves at the centre of uncomfortable, unresolved scrutiny.
