Turnstile are getting their flowers where it matters most, back home.
The Baltimore hardcore outfit will be honoured by the Baltimore Orioles this July, with the MLB team officially declaring July 10, 2026 ‘Turnstile Night’ at Oriole Park, it’s not every day a hardcore band gets a baseball game named after them, then again, Turnstile haven’t exactly played by the usual rules.

A hometown crossover
The Orioles will face the Kansas City Royals on the night, with Turnstile members set to be in attendance (per Lambgoat). Fans who grab a special ticket package will also score a limited edition Orioles jersey stamped with the Turnstile name, blending sport and hardcore in a way that feels oddly natural for Baltimore.
No stage or amps, just a different kind of spotlight.
No setlist, just guest splashers
If you were hoping for a surprise live set in the middle of the diamond, that’s not happening. Instead, the band will take on a different role, according to the Orioles, Turnstile will serve as ‘guest splashers’ in the stadium’s Bird Bath Splash Zone, meaning they’ll be drenching fans during the game.
It sounds ridiculous, but in the best way. Less performance, more interaction, and honestly, it fits their energy.
Not their first time at the park
Turnstile’s relationship with the Orioles isn’t new, back in 2023 the band were invited to throw the first pitch at Camden Yards, marking an early sign of how closely tied they are to the city’s identity. Since then, they’ve only grown bigger, pulling Grammy recognition and pushing hardcore into spaces it doesn’t usually reach.
Hardcore, but bigger than the room
This kind of crossover says a lot about where Turnstile sit right now, still rooted in hardcore, but moving far beyond the confines of the scene, a baseball stadium honour might not sound like the most obvious flex, but in a city like Baltimore, it hits different.
It’s local pride, just scaled up.
