Bury Tomorrow have kicked off a bold new chapter, releasing their new single “Sx” while announcing the launch of their own independent label, DEA†H Records.
After releasing four albums through Sony Music, UK metalcore outfit Bury Tomorrow are taking full creative control of their future, with the new imprint giving the band complete ownership over their music, artistic direction and community.
The first taste of that freedom arrives with “Sx” (short for Symptom) a track that explores the constant battle between light and darkness within the human experience.
Speaking about the new single, frontman Dani Winter-Bates said:
“Sx is the perfect way to introduce this new chapter. It’s about grappling with the good and the bad every day, realising that none of us are entirely one thing or another. Life exists in shades, not absolutes, and we all carry bones we bury deep.”

Produced by Carl Bown (Sleep Token, Bullet For My Valentine), the track sees Bury Tomorrow pushing beyond their traditional metalcore foundations. Industrial, darkwave and electronic influences are woven into the band’s trademark crushing heaviness, creating one of the most adventurous songs of their career while laying the groundwork for what’s to come.
The launch of DEA†H Records also signals a major shift in the band’s philosophy, rather than working within the traditional label system, Bury Tomorrow are now charting their own course, giving themselves complete creative freedom to evolve without compromise.
