Josh Homme has made his fashion runway debut, walking for Ann Demeulemeester at Paris Fashion Week on 3 October 2026.
The Queens of the Stone Age frontman appeared in the Belgian fashion house’s Spring/Summer 2027 womenswear show in Paris. It was an unexpected booking on paper, although the connection between Homme’s rock world and Demeulemeester’s darker, romantic design language is easy to understand.
Demeulemeester’s place in fashion has long been defined by a distinctly musical sensibility. The label’s tailoring, fluid silhouettes and monochrome palette have a history of crossing into the wardrobes and imagery of performers. Homme, meanwhile, has built a recognisable stage presence around an aesthetic that rarely feels borrowed from the conventional celebrity circuit.

For this appearance, the setting changed from concert lighting and guitar amplifiers to the formal choreography of a Paris runway. Getty Images photographers captured Homme walking in the show, offering a close look at the musician’s first documented turn in this particular spotlight.
The appearance took place during the womenswear presentations for Spring/Summer 2027, rather than at a standalone celebrity event. That distinction matters: Homme was part of the runway presentation itself.
