As Oasis roll through their Live ’25 tour, Liam and Noel Gallagher have found time to add another piece of memorabilia to the mix with the launch of their own Adidas SPZL trainers.
The release coincides with their upcoming shows at Croke Park in Ireland on August 16 and 17, and will be available through the Adidas Carnaby Street store in London, selected Manchester retailers, and the Adidas Confirmed app from August 13.
For Liam, the design is a return to the brand’s archives, reworking the Adidas Achille in his own style. The LG Achille SPZL comes in a muted palette of khaki mesh, chocolate brown stripes, beige suede on the T-toe overlay and a sand outsole.
Noel’s shoe draws from the Marathon 85 silhouette, keeping the suede upper and rubber outsole while reworking the toe box and midsole, and pairing a deep navy with sky blue details. Both pairs feature portraits of Liam and Noel on the tongue, spare laces, co-branded sock liners and commemorative packaging.
The brothers’ sneaker collaborations stretch back years. Liam has previously released the LG SPZL and two versions of the LGII SPZL, while Noel worked with Adidas on the NG72 in 2011 and the NG Garwen SPZL in 2017.
This latest drop follows a summer Adidas Originals campaign and a clothing collaboration with the band, which drew both praise and criticism. Liam’s response on social media was direct, telling fans that the collection was “for everyone” and that those who did not like it should “stop crying” and simply not buy it.
The launch arrives as the band finish their European run, with the last of their five Wembley Stadium shows, two nights at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium and their Croke Park dates ahead of a North American leg. Dates in Toronto, Chicago, East Rutherford, Pasadena and Mexico City will keep the tour moving through September before Oasis return to Wembley for two final nights. Later this year, they will play shows in South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile and Brazil.
It is another reminder that Oasis are not only revisiting the past with this reunion but also somehow weaving it into new corners of culture, from stadium stages to sneaker shelves.
