Five Finger Death Punch will be broadcasting into homes worldwide next month, with a livestream of their upcoming show at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre slated for early next month. The Las Vegas groove-metal outfit, currently on tour to celebrate their 20th anniversary as a band, will perform at the Colorado venue on Tuesday, September 8th.
The show will be broadcast for free on livestreaming service Veeps, and is set to commence from 8pm PT – which converts to 1pm AEST on Wednesday, September 9th. Those interested in watching the livestream can register for free tickets here.
Last month saw 5FDP release Legacy, their tenth studio album, via Better Noise. Its release was flanked by three singles: ‘Eye of the Storm‘ in May, ‘De Oppresso Liber‘ in June and ‘Nails in the Coffin’ in July. The 20th anniversary set features songs from eight of the band’s 10 albums, including three from Legacy.
The band last toured Australia back in 2014, as part of the penultimate Soundwave line-up. In addition to appearing at the festival nationally, they also performed headlining shows at Festival Hall in Melbourne and Luna Park’s Big Top in Sydney. Since then, the band have released a further five studio albums: 2015’s Got Your Six, 2018’s And Justice For None, 2020’s F8, 2022’s AfterLife and the aforementioned Legacy.
Earlier this month, Five Finger Death Punch were among several dozen to be announced for Wacken Open Air in July 2027. They will serve as one of the festival’s headliners, alongside German bands Electric Callboy and Helloween – the latter of whom will be celebrating their 40th anniversary.
