From Ashes To New Drop ‘Love Me’ Ahead Of Australian Tour

From Ashes To New are less than two weeks out from their first Australian headline tour, and they’re giving fans another new song before they get here.

The Pennsylvania band have released ‘Love Me’, an emotionally heavy new track arriving alongside an official music video. It also doubles as the first taste of an expanded edition of their latest album, Reflections, due November 13th through Better Noise Music.

Vocalist Matt Brandyberry says the song centres on someone disappearing from your life while their presence continues to linger.

“’Love Me’ is about that person who was supposed to be there for you, but they completely vanish, essentially becoming a ghost. You still vividly remember how it felt when they were actually around, to the point where you can still feel their breath on your skin, even though no one is there,” Brandyberry says.

“This track creates a heavy, haunting atmosphere that mirrors that exact feeling of reaching out for a presence right next to you, only to grasp at empty air. It captures the sheer desperation of watching your own memories turn into a cage that feels impossible to break out of.”

From Ashes To New ‘Love Me’ video

The deluxe Reflections will expand the original 12-track record with ‘Love Me’, ‘After Death’ and alternate versions of ‘Die For You’, including the recently released Neoni collaboration.

Before that arrives, From Ashes To New are heading back Down Under.

Their first Australian headline tour begins at Sydney’s Factory Theatre on October 9th, followed by Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane, with Banks Arcade supporting all four shows. The run follows the band’s Australian debut at Good Things Festival in 2024.

Speaking with us recently, Brandyberry admitted the response to that first trip caught the band off guard.

“Each city in Australia, every city that we went to when we were down there, completely blew our expectations way out of the water, man,” he told us.
