The album behind the tour
The tour supports Nickelback’s 11th studio album, Everything Under The Sun, due on 30 October 2026 through Virgin Music Group. The band have already released the John 5-assisted ‘Rattle The Cage’, which topped US Active Rock radio, alongside ‘Leave Me Behind’ and ‘Make Me Love You’. The songs cover both the heavier and more reflective sides of the record.
Why Don Broco are on the bill
Nickelback collaborated with Don Broco on ‘Nightmare Tripping’, the title track of the English band’s Fearless Records album. It gives the two acts a connection beyond the tour poster, even if they approach heavy music from different directions.
In a BLUNT interview earlier this year, Don Broco frontman Rob Damiani recalled recording last-minute guitars and vocal harmonies for that album in an Adelaide ibis hotel room during an Australian tour. They return to Adelaide next October, this time for a show with Nickelback at the Entertainment Centre.
Nickelback’s previous Get Rollin’ world tour was the fastest-selling and highest-attended of their career, according to the band’s representatives. Their catalogue, from ‘How You Remind Me’ and ‘Someday’ to ‘Photograph’ and ‘Rockstar’, has kept them a major live draw for more than two decades.
