The Gallagher machine is revving up.
With just weeks to go before Oasis return to the stage for the first time in 16 years, the band are rolling out a string of official pop-up stores across the UK and Ireland – because, of course they are.
Dubbed Oasis Live ’25, the first of these shops opens this Friday (June 20) in Manchester – because honestly where else would it start? The store will run until July 27, but the exact location’s still under wraps. What we do know: it’ll be stocked with exclusive merch, one-off brand collabs, and limited-edition drops you won’t get anywhere else. Expect a mix of nostalgia bait and wearable reminders that yes, the world’s loudest band of brothers have somehow found a way to co-exist on stage again.
More pop-ups are planned for Cardiff, London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Birmingham. Locations and opening dates are still incoming, so keep your eyes peeled (or just hang around outside JD Sports until something Oasis-shaped appears).
The merch itself will land later this week, and for those not keen on queueing for three hours behind someone in a Definitely Maybe bomber, selected items will be available online too.
The band’s Live ’25 tour kicks off July 4 at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium and runs through 19 UK and Ireland shows, including seven nights at Wembley. That’s before they head off globally for 41 dates across North and South America, Asia and Australia, wrapping it all up in São Paulo this November.
Rehearsals are already underway, with Liam calling it “spiritual” but mourning “the wasted years”. Bono apparently says Noel’s shocked at how good they sound. Must be nice to impress yourself.
The line-up features Liam, Noel, Bonehead, Gem and Andy Bell, plus Joey Waronker on drums – a newcomer to the Oasis fold but no stranger to big gigs, having played with Beck, Thom Yorke, and R.E.M.
In short: Oasis are back, the shops are open, and it’s time to part with your cash and your cynicism. The world’s still mad for it.
