Alex Terrible has never been one to stay in his lane, the Slaughter To Prevail frontman is taking his fixation with violence, spectacle, and adrenaline to its logical extreme, announcing a new bare-knuckle boxing promotion called Blood4Blood.
The news lands just under a year after Terrible made his own debut as a bare-knuckle fighter, this time, though, he’s not just stepping into the ring, he’s building the whole thing.
Terrible revealed the project via social media, officially unveiling Blood4Blood as a joint venture set to launch in 2027.
While an upcoming fight featuring Sergey ‘Kratos’ Kalinin is scheduled for December 27th, Blood4Blood itself won’t begin staging events until later down the track.
Kalinin, a brutal presence in the scene, is the fighter who first pulled Terrible into the sport, and is expected to feature prominently once the promotion goes live.
Blood4Blood will be a collaboration between Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) and Danny Wimmer Presents, the powerhouse festival company behind Aftershock, Louder Than Life, and Sonic Temple.
The goal is simple and unhinged, fuse live extreme metal performances with bare-knuckle violence under the same roof.
Terrible didn’t sugarcoat the vision
According to him, Blood4Blood will be a place with “bands [are] playing fucking heavy metal music and fighters [are] fucking bare knuckle fighting. That’s fucking crazy!”
He also confirmed he won’t just be running the show from the sidelines, Terrible plans to pull double duty at future events, appearing both as a fighter and performer with Slaughter To Prevail.
“It is crazy, and I’m fucking crazy guy,” he said.
Beyond the spectacle, the announcement tracks with Terrible’s growing presence in combat sports culture, his crossover from deathcore stages to bare-knuckle rings has been gradual, deliberate, and very on brand.
Blood4Blood might still be a few years out, but the blueprint is already clear, violence meets volume, and Alex Terrible sits dead centre of both.
